7 Easy to Make Low Carb Yummy Recipes on The Ketogenic Diet

Having recently started on The Ketogenic Diet I have been trying lots of recipes to find my favourites.  I love my food so for me to stick to this my meals need to be very tasty, colourful, keep me feeling full between meals, and be fully loaded with nutrients.  Here are my top 7 favourite recipes (so far).  They are uber yummy and what’s more, easy to make!

This is a mouth wateringly scrumptious creamy soup with a little spicy kick.  It takes about 4 hours in a slow cooker (crock pot), or around 2 hours in a standard oven, cooked like a casserole.   It doesn’t take long to prepare, then sit back and let it cook before tucking in.

Pizza is one of my biggest food cravings and these are so quick and sooooo very tasty.  I can easily hoover up a plate of these guilt free!  They are very quick and easy to prepare and cook in the oven in around 20 mins,

This Instant Pot Lemon Chicken with Garlic is tender, juicy and full of bright and sunny flavours.  My mouth is watering just looking at it as I type this.  Guess what I will be eating tonight!  This cooks in a pressure cooker in around 15 mins, or around 30 mins in a regular oven.  Om nom nom!

I love chilli….I’ll repeat that…I LOVE CHILLI! This quick and easy recipe is full of flavour and can be made as spicy as you like it.  It only takes around 20  mins to prep and cook if you have a pressure cooker!  On a stove top or in a regular oven it still only takes around 45 mins to 1 hour.

I’m British, I love an English breakfast, it’s in my genes! I have been making these scrummy bites ahead of time and taking them to work to have as my first meal of the day.  They are very juicy and uber delish! They are fun to mix and make and cook in the oven in only 20 mins.

Sweet tooth?  On the keto diet?  No problem!   These bars are juicy, zingy and mouth wateringly more’ish.  They take around 30 mins to prep and 30 mins to cook.

I take them to work for my first meal of the day, alternating between these and the Sausage Egg and Cheese bites listed above.  They are every bit as moist and tasty as they look, and more!  They only take around 10 mins to prep and 30 mins to cook.
